Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Jaipur as an Online Bidder at ALDS. The Online Bidder will be responsible for bidding on freelancing sites like Upwork, Freelancer.com, etc., to win projects, researching potential clients, staying up-to-date on industry trends, and negotiating and closing deals with clients.

Qualifications
  • Prior experience in online bidding and freelancing platforms
  • Strong written and oral communication skills in English
  • Excellent time management, planning, and organizational skills
  • Experience in lead generation, client acquisition, and market research
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in business administration, marketing, or a related field
  • Knowledge of web and mobile application development is a plus
