Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Oracle EPM Consultant to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Oracle EPM Cloud applications, including Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS), Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (EPBCS), Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service (FCCS), and Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS).

This role involves leading and participating in full lifecycle implementations, configurations, and support of EPM solutions.

The consultant will work closely with clients to gather requirements, design solutions, develop technical specifications, perform data integration, build customizations, conduct user training, and provide ongoing support.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and client management skills are essential.

Responsibilities :

- Implementation & Configuration : Lead and participate in the full lifecycle implementation of Oracle EPM Cloud solutions, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.

- EPM Cloud Expertise : Configure and maintain EPM modules (PBCS, EPBCS, FCCS, ARCS) to meet specific business requirements, leveraging best practices and Oracle-recommended methodologies.

- Data Integration : Design, develop, and manage data integration processes for EPM applications, including data loading, transformation, validation, and reconciliation. Experience with data integration tools and techniques (e.g., EPM Automate, REST APIs) is crucial.

- Customization & Development : Develop and maintain customizations, including calculations, business rules, Groovy scripting (if applicable), and reports within the EPM Cloud environment.

- Client Management : Interact directly with clients to understand their needs, gather requirements, present solutions, and provide regular project updates. Build strong client relationships and ensure client satisfaction.

- Project Management : Contribute to project planning, execution, and tracking. Manage project timelines, deliverables, and milestones, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Report on project progress and proactively identify and resolve potential roadblocks.

- User Training & Support : Develop and deliver user training materials and conduct training sessions. Provide ongoing support to end-users, troubleshooting issues and answering questions.

- Technical Proficiency : Demonstrate strong technical skills in EPM Automate, Smart View, and data management tools. Stay up-to-date with the latest Oracle EPM Cloud features and functionalities.

- Documentation : Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, technical designs, user manuals, and training materials.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.

- 5+ years of experience in Oracle EPM consulting, with hands-on experience implementing and supporting EPM Cloud applications (PBCS, EPBCS, FCCS, ARCS).

- Deep understanding of EPM concepts, including planning, budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, and reconciliation.

- Strong technical skills in EPM Automate, Smart View, and data management tools.

- Experience with Groovy scripting is a plus.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (written and verbal).

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong client management skills and a proven ability to build strong client relationships.

- Experience with Oracle EPM Cloud integrations with other systems (e.g., ERP, HCM) is a plus.

- Oracle EPM Cloud certifications are a plus
