In general candidate need to have 3 5 years support experience at L3 level on Commvault experience on Cohesity will be added advantage

- Design implement and manage data backup and recovery solutions using Commvault Cohesity software

- Configure and maintain Commvault Cohesity environments including backup servers media agents and storage infrastructure

- Develop backup and retention policies based on business requirements and industry best practices

- Monitor backup and recovery operations to ensure compliance with service level agreements SLAs and data protection objectives

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to backup and recovery processes including system failures data corruption and performance bottlenecks

- Conduct regular testing and validation of backup and recovery procedures to verify data integrity and system reliability

- Perform capacity planning and optimization to ensure efficient use of storage resources and scalability of the Commvault Cohesity infrastructure

- Collaborate with other IT teams and stakeholders to integrate Commvault Cohesity solutions with existing systems and applications

- Provide technical support and training to end users and IT staff on Commvault Cohesity related processes and procedures

- Stay up to date with the latest trends and developments in data protection technologies and recommend improvements or enhancements to our backup and recovery environment

Team Management :

- Ensure clear and effective communication between onsite and offshore teams to minimize misunderstandings and maximize productivity

- Meet agreed upon SLAs Service Level Agreements for issue resolution ensuring minimal downtime and quick problem solving

- Maintain high quality standards in deliverables ensuring that the work performed by the offshore team meets or exceeds expectations

- Foster a collaborative environment between onsite and offshore teams encouraging knowledge sharing and cross training to enhance overall team capabilities

- Track and analyze relevant metrics such as response time resolution time customer satisfaction scores and overall productivity to measure performance and identify areas for improvement

- Be adaptable to changing project requirements business priorities and market conditions ensuring that the support model remains effective and aligned with organizational goals

- Implement processes for continuous improvement seeking feedback from stakeholders and implementing lessons learned to optimize the offshore onsite support model over time

- Working experience on cloud is desirable
