The ideal candidate is passionate about visual storytelling, user-centerd design, and bringing creative ideas to life through thoughtful execution. You will be responsible for designingengaging graphics and user interfacesthat enhance user experiences across web, mobile, and digital platforms. Collaborating closely with marketing, development, and product teams, you’ll play a key role in defining the visual and interactive identity of our projects. Key Responsibilities: Create visually compelling designs forwebsites, mobile apps, social media, and marketing materials . Developuser-friendly UI/UX designsthat align with business goals and enhance usability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency and seamless integration. Present design concepts, gather feedback, and refine visuals for final delivery. Maintain brand identity across all digital and print platforms while driving creative innovation. Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices.QualificationsRequired: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX, Visual Arts, Fine Arts (BFA), or a related field. 2–3 years of professional experienceinboth Graphic Design and UI/UX(mandatory). Proficiency inAdobe Creative Suite(Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Expertise inFigma(required) orSketchfor UI/UX workflows. Strong understanding oftypography, colour theory, layout principles , anduser-centred design . A creativeportfolio demonstrating versatilityacross UI/UX and graphic design projects. Excellentcommunication, organisation, and time-managementskills. Preferred (Bonus Points): Experience working in anagency or marketing team environment . Knowledge ofCanvafor quick design adaptations. Familiarity withresponsive and interactive design principles . Understanding ofmotion graphics or animation(a plus).
