Position Summary: We are looking for a highly qualifiedPh.D. in Chemistryprofessional with 10-14 years of industrial R&D experience. The candidate will be responsible for leading a team of chemists to drivenew product development, process improvements, cost optimization, and quality enhancement . This position requires strong technical expertise, hands-on industrial exposure, and leadership skills to manage R&D activities effectively.Educational Qualifications:Ph.D. in Chemistry (mandatory) MSc inOrganic Chemistry ,Industrial Chemistry , orInorganic ChemistryExperience:10-14 yearsof relevant industrial R&D experience in chemical or allied industries. Proven track record inprocess development, optimization, and technology transfer.Technical Skills & Knowledge:Strong knowledge ofUnit Operationsin chemical R&D. Hands-on experience withhigh-pressure autoclaves, hydrogenation, chlorination, bromination, and moisture-sensitive products. Exposure topolymer catalysts and polymerization processes. Proficiency inliterature search tools(SciFinder, Reaxys, Patents). Leadnew product developmentand process scale-up activities. Familiarity withaudit systems(IMS, ISO, Responsible Care). Perform and interpret analysis usingGC, HPLC, DSC, TGA, NMR, IR, AAS , etc. Ensure compliance withsafety systems(HAZOP, PSSR, MSDS reviews, What-If analysis). Guide the team on safe laboratory practices and hazard identification.
