Position: Trainee Business Analyst – User Security

Job Profile:

As a Business Analyst – User Security for Microsoft Dynamics D-365 F&O, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the integrity and security of our clients' ERP systems. Your responsibilities will encompass understanding, analyzing, and implementing user security requirements within the platform.

Role Responsibilities:

  1. Comprehensive Understanding: Acquire in-depth knowledge of all modules within Microsoft Dynamics AX, focusing specifically on security protocols and user access management.
  2. User Requirement Assessment: Engage with key users to elicit precise security requirements, ensuring a thorough understanding of their needs.
  3. Rights Evaluation: Analyze form and process rights, determining whether standard permissions suffice or custom roles need to be created.
  4. Business Process Mapping: Map out business process scenarios and associated forms, aligning access rights with standard protocols or crafting custom solutions as necessary.
  5. Testing and Validation: Conduct testing based on user specifications, meticulously validating access rights and identifying any deficiencies.
  6. Documentation Management: Maintain comprehensive documentation of roles and user access permissions, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for audit purposes.
  7. License Management: Ensure optimal utilization of licenses, auditing user accounts regularly to prevent unnecessary license allocation.
  8. Segregation of Duties (SOD): Maintain strict adherence to SOD principles, preventing conflicts of interest by carefully managing user access rights.
  9. Client Support: Provide ongoing support to existing clients, addressing security-related inquiries and troubleshooting issues promptly.
  10. Change Request Handling: Manage change requests effectively, documenting and implementing modifications to user access rights with proper authorization.
  11. Approval Processes: Adjust access rights based on higher authority approvals, ensuring compliance with internal protocols and security standards.

Qualifications

  • MBA, B.E - IT/Computer, MCA
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Strong written, verbal and Communication skills
