Massive Mobility is a leading EV Charging network company, dedicated to revolutionizing the electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure. We design and manufacture innovative EV chargers and offer a comprehensive network of charging stations. We are looking for a talented Flutter Developer to join our team and help us create exceptional mobile applications that enhance the EV charging experience for our customers.

Job Summary :

As a Flutter Developer at Massive Mobility, you will be instrumental in developing user-friendly, reliable, and efficient mobile applications that interface with our EV charging network. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement cutting-edge features, real-time data monitoring, and seamless interactions with our EV charging stations. Your expertise in Flutter development will be essential in delivering a superior EV charging experience to our users.

Responsibilities :

1. Develop and maintain high-quality Flutter applications that serve as the primary interface for our EV charging network users.

2. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to gather requirements and translate them into intuitive and visually appealing mobile app interfaces.

3. Implement real-time monitoring and status updates for EV charging stations, providing users with accurate information on charging availability and charging progress.

4. Integrate with backend APIs to facilitate user authentication, payment processing, and data exchange with the EV charging infrastructure.

5. Work closely with the hardware and firmware teams to ensure seamless integration between mobile apps and our EV chargers.

6. Optimize app performance to deliver a smooth and responsive user experience on both iOS and Android platforms.

7. Implement effective state management techniques in Flutter to handle complex app states and ensure data integrity.

8. Conduct thorough testing and debugging of the applications to identify and resolve any issues, ensuring a bug-free user experience.

9. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in mobile app development and EV charging technologies to drive innovation in our products.

10. Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and follow best practices to maintain code quality and consistency across the team.

Requirements :

1. Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

2. Proven 1+ years of experience in developing mobile applications using Flutter, with a strong portfolio of relevant projects.

3. Familiarity with Dart programming language and the Flutter framework, along with a passion for creating engaging user experiences.

4. Solid understanding of mobile app design principles, user interface (UI), and user experience (UX) design.

5. Experience with RESTful APIs, data parsing, and asynchronous programming.

6. Knowledge of state management in Flutter using packages like Flutter BLUE, Bloc, or MobX.

7. Familiarity with version control systems like Git to collaborate effectively with the development team.

8. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.

9. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate ideas and technical concepts.

Additional Desired Skills (not mandatory but a plus) :

- Experience with native Android or iOS development.

- Knowledge of payment gateway integration for mobile apps.

- Understanding of geolocation services and mapping technologies.

- Familiarity with IoT and connected devices.
