Chatbot Developer (RAG Architecture)


We are seeking a skilled and innovative Chatbot Developer with expertise in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architecture to join our Data Science team. This role will involve designing, developing, and implementing chatbots to support our product, engineering, customer service, supply chain, and customer teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, data science, and natural language processing (NLP).


Location: Gurugram, India

Experience : 4-6 Years

Key Responsibilities:


1. Chatbot Development:

- Design and develop intelligent chatbots using RAG architecture to address the needs of different departments, including product, engineering, customer service, supply chain, and customer teams.

- Integrate chatbots with existing systems and databases to provide accurate and relevant responses.

2. Architecture and Implementation:

- Implement RAG architecture to enhance the chatbot’s ability to retrieve relevant information and generate human-like responses.

- Ensure scalability, reliability, and security of chatbot solutions.

3. Collaboration and Integration:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their specific requirements and tailor chatbot functionalities accordingly.

- Collaborate with software engineers, data scientists, and domain experts to integrate chatbots seamlessly into existing workflows.

4. Testing and Optimization:

- Conduct thorough testing to ensure chatbot accuracy, performance, and user satisfaction.

- Continuously monitor and optimize chatbot performance based on user feedback and analytics.

5. Documentation and Training:

- Create comprehensive documentation for chatbot functionalities, usage, and maintenance.

- Provide training and support to internal teams on how to effectively use and interact with the chatbots.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Proven experience in developing chatbots using RAG architecture.

- Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages.

- Expertise in natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning (ML) techniques.

- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, databases, and cloud services.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with various stakeholders and team members.

Additional Skills:

- Experience in the lighting electronics industry or similar technical domains.

- Knowledge of other AI and ML frameworks and tools.

- Prior experience in deploying chatbots in a production environment.
