This is a strategic, leadership-driven role that combinesprogram innovation, stakeholder coordination, event design, and institutional collaborationto ensure every initiative delivers measurable impact.Key Responsibilities 1. Strategic Program Development Design annualevent calendars and program roadmapsfor all DGF verticals. Conceptualize new flagship programs, fellowships, and thematic summits (Education, Health, Environment, Culture, Defense). Ensure every event aligns with theFoundation’s mission, branding, and impact goals. 2. Conference & Event Leadership Leadend-to-end managementof conferences, awards, and global forums—from ideation to on-ground execution. Curate compellingagendas, panels, keynote sessions, and recognition ceremonies. Coordinate withgovernment bodies, ministries, universities, and corporate CSR partnersfor collaboration and participation. 3. Speaker & Partnership Management Identify and engagedistinguished speakers, moderators, and thought leadersacross sectors. Build long-termstrategic partnershipswith institutions, associations, and sponsors. Manage MoUs, invitations, logistics, and communications with professionalism. 4. Creative & Brand Oversight Collaborate with design and marketing teams to ensurepremium-quality visuals, digital campaigns, and event branding. Oversee stage design, event flow, video content, and program scripts for cohesive storytelling. 5. Operations & Financial Management Prepare project budgets, vendor quotations, and sponsorship proposals. Maintain control over P&L, ensuring cost efficiency and accountability. Oversee registration, coordination, and feedback systems to ensure operational excellence. 6. Digital & Media Integration Work closely with digital teams forpre-event promotion, livestreams, press coverage, and post-event impact reports. Managepress notes, media partnerships, and PR engagementfor nationwide visibility. 7. Institutional Coordination Collaborate with universities, NGOs, and ministries forjoint events, MoUs, and collaborative programs. Represent DGF in national and international networks and alliances.Ideal Candidate Profile 5–10 years of experience inconferences, program management, CSR events, or institutional partnerships. Proven track record ofhandling large-scale summits, academic or government-linked events, or award programs. Exceptionalcommunication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Strong understanding ofbranding, stakeholder engagement, and event analytics. Proficiency withdigital event tools, CRM, budgeting software, and presentation design.
