Role Description:
- Secured Loans Sourcing: Actively source secured loans, leveraging your sales acumen to identify and acquire new clients.
- Sales Target Achievement: Work diligently to achieve and exceed assigned sales targets for various lending products.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service, understanding client needs, and addressing inquiries promptly.
- Strategic Implementation Support: Assist the Branch Manager in implementing strategic business initiatives to drive branch growth and efficiency.
- Compliance & Policy Adherence: Uphold strict compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines, ensuring ethical and transparent operations.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with branch team members to foster a positive and productive work Leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate a team.
- Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective client interaction and internal reporting.
- Excellent Problem-solving skills to address operational challenges and customer concerns.
- Proven experience in financial services or retail banking.
- Solid knowledge of lending products and services, particularly secured and collateralized loans.
- Strong Customer service orientation and demonstrated Sales acumen.
- Ability to analyze financial data and reports to identify trends and inform decisions.
- Master's/Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a managerial or leadership role is a plus.
