Core Development :

1. Develop and maintain highly responsive, scalable, and reusable user interface components using React.js and its ecosystem (e.g., Hooks, Context API).

2. Implement efficient and predictable state management solutions, primarily using Redux Toolkit or React's built-in state management.

3. Consume RESTful APIs and integrate real-time data feeds from WebSocket connections to display dynamic content.

4. Optimize front-end applications for maximum speed, responsiveness, and scalability, including bundling, lazy loading, and rendering performance.

5. Ensure cross-browser compatibility and develop responsive designs that work seamlessly across various devices and screen sizes.

6. Write comprehensive unit and integration tests for React components and UI logic.

7. Work with modern front-end build pipelines and tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel, Vite).

Backend Development :

1. Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure RESTful APIs using Node.js and frameworks like Express.js (or similar, e.g., NestJS).

2. Implement and manage real-time, bi-directional communication functionalities using WebSockets (e.g., Socket.IO) for features like live updates, notifications, chat, and collaborative tools inherent in SaaS products.

3. Design, query, and optimize database schemas (both relational like PostgreSQL/MySQL and/or NoSQL like MongoDB/Redis) to support application features using Prisma or Typeorm.

4. Develop complex server-side business logic and integrate with various third-party services as needed.

Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms (e.g., JWT, OAuth).

5. Ensure the security, performance, and scalability of backend services, including handling concurrent requests and optimizing query performance.

6. Implement robust error handling, logging, and monitoring solutions for backend services.

7. Collaborate on deployment strategies, CI/CD pipelines, and contribute to maintaining production environments.

8. Write comprehensive unit, integration, and API tests for backend services.

Collaboration & Best Practices :

Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and other engineers to define requirements and deliver features.

Follow best practices in software development, including version control (e.g., Git), code reviews, unit testing, design patterns, SOLID principles and CI/CD pipelines.

Ensure code quality through peer reviews, refactoring, and automated testing.

Required Qualifications :

1. 4+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer with a strong focus on React.js and Node.js.

2. Demonstrable experience working on SaaS (Software as a Service) products, understanding multi-tenancy, scalability, and user management.

3. Solid understanding and hands-on experience with WebSockets and related real-time communication protocols (e.g., Socket.IO; WebRTC is a plus).

4. Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.

5. Extensive experience with React.js, including strong knowledge of Redux, React Hooks, and component-based architecture.

6. Strong command of Node.js and popular frameworks like Express.js.

7. Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Redis).

8. Experience with any ORM like Prisma for Typeorm

9.Familiarity with RESTful APIs and API design principles.

10.Experience with version control systems, preferably Git/AWS CodeCommit.

11. Understanding of software development best practices, including testing (unit, integration), and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).

12. Excellent problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.

13. Good understanding of GraphQL is a plus.

14. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.

15. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
