Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Flutter Developer located in Gurugram. As a Flutter developer, you will be responsible for creating a Hybrid Application for iOS and Android using Googles Flutter development framework, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to support end-to-end mobile development processes. You should have deep experience contributing to and managing full-scale production applications that offered to customer on SaaS model. The ideal candidate must display excellent written and communication skills with demonstrated interpersonal and organization abilities and must be able to work in a varied, fast-paced product development environment. In addition, the ability to self-manage, curiosity is a must in this role.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Key Technical Skills: Dart, Flutter Frameworks, Agile methodologies, REST APIs, Dev Tools, Data structure, Firebase messaging
  • Strong logical skills, communication, and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects concurrently.
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams and foster a positive team culture.
  • Problem Solving & Analytical Skills.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and customer expectations. Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Leadership Skills: Leadership qualities to guide project activities and influence positive customer outcomes.


Responsibilities:

·      Develop cross-platform mobile applications using the Flutter framework.

·      Test applications on different devices and screen sizes.

·      Collaborate with designers and backend developers to implement user interfaces and features.

·      Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.

·      Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality.

·      Troubleshoot and debug issues.

·      Stay updated on Flutter and Dart programming language trends and best practices.

·      Solid understanding of the Agile Software Development Life Cycle.
