Should be very excellent with Job portals like Naukri & LinkedIn Reporting and Relationship Management:Provide regular updates on sourcing activities and act as a main point of contact for clients and recruiters.Key Requirements: Strong Research Skills:Ability to quickly execute research techniques and uncover hidden talent. Adaptability:Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Communication Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication skills for candidate engagement and client interaction. Technical Proficiency:Familiarity with various sourcing tools and platforms.Performance Indicators: Timely completion of sourcing assignments. Consistent achievement of monthly scorecards. Development of effective search strings and research strategies.
