IOS Lead Developer - Software Product Development

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced iOS Lead Developer to lead our iOS development team and drive the creation of high-quality mobile applications. As an iOS Lead Developer, you will be responsible for leading the technical design, development, and implementation of iOS applications, ensuring adherence to best practices, code quality, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and mentor a team of iOS developers, providing technical guidance, coaching, and support.

2. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define project requirements, technical specifications, and timelines.

3. Architect, design, and develop complex iOS applications using Swift, Objective-C, Core Foundation, UIKit, and Cocoa Touch.

4. Implement and enforce best practices, coding standards, and development processes within the iOS development team.

5. Conduct code reviews, performance optimizations, and troubleshooting to ensure highquality, scalable, and efficient code.

6. Work closely with backend developers to integrate APIs, manage data storage using databases like CoreData or Realm, and ensure seamless functionality.

7. Lead the App Store submission process, ensuring compliance with Apple's guidelines, and manage app updates and maintenance.

8. Stay updated with the latest iOS development trends, tools, and technologies, and drive continuous improvement and innovation within the team.

9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize features, resolve technical issues, and deliver solutions that meet business objectives.

10. Act as a technical leader and advocate for iOS development best practices, design patterns, and emerging technologies within the Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

2. Proven experience of 8-12 years in native iOS mobile application development, including at least 2 years in a leadership or lead developer role.

3. Strong expertise in Swift, Objective-C, Core Foundation, UIKit, and Cocoa Touch.

4. Experience with client-server applications, RESTful APIs, and integrating backend services.

5. Proficiency in architectural patterns such as MVP, MVVM, or Layered Architecture.

6. Hands-on experience with databases like CoreData or Realm for data storage and management.

7. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to mentor and lead a team effectively.

8. Strong problem-solving abilities, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.

9. Knowledge of Apple's design principles, interface guidelines, and App Store submission process.

10. Experience with Firebase analytics, APNS (Apple Push Notification Service), and other mobile development tools is a plus
