Job Title : Full Stack Developer (MERN Stack)Experience Required : 2 to 4 YearsLocation : [Noida / Hybrid]About the Role :We are looking for a passionate and skilled Full Stack Developer with hands-on experience in the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js). The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities :- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performing web applications using the MERN stack.- Build RESTful APIs and integrate with front-end components.- Ensure responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues across the stack.- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (designers, developers, QA, product managers) to deliver features on time.- Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and contribute to team knowledge sharing.- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to improve development practices.Required Skills & Qualifications :- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).- 2 to 4 years of professional experience in full stack development.- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, Node.js,Next.js, Express.js, MongoDB.- Experience in building RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services.- Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end frameworks.- Familiarity with version control tools such as Git/GitHub/GitLab.- Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Context API) is a plus.- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.Nice to Have :- Experience with TypeScript.- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.- Exposure to microservices architecture.
