Job Description :

We are seeking highly skilled Multimedia Developers to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. As a Multimedia Developer, you will be responsible for developing software solutions for embedded systems, specifically focusing on either Audio or Camera domains.

Key Responsibilities :

For Audio Domain :

- Develop and optimize software components related to audio frameworks and services.

- Implement and debug ALSA, PCM (Pulse Code Modulation Framework), Stagefright, Audio Manager, Flinger, Audio Services, and Audio HAL.

Utilize codecs effectively to enhance audio quality and performance.

- Work with Git for version control and understand CI/CD processes using tools like Jenkins.

For Camera Domain:

- Design, develop, and optimize Camera HAL3 drivers.

- Customize Android frameworks to suit various mobile device form factors.

- Implement end-to-end camera use cases and features.

- Perform image processing and integrate with existing code bases.

- Optimize power and performance of camera applications.

- Debug and resolve issues related to memory, stack corruption, ANR, deadlocks, and race conditions.

Skills Required :

- Strong proficiency in C/C++ programming and debugging skills.

- Experience with embedded systems and familiarity with ARM architecture.

- Knowledge of Linux, including cross-compilation and familiarity with build systems (e.g., cmake).

- Understanding of operating system fundamentals such as virtual memory, CPU scheduling, and synchronization.

- Familiarity with real-time operating systems (RTOS) and concepts like RAM/Cache management and Interrupt handling.

- Hands-on experience with Android camera/video/audio frameworks and services.

- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, suitable for a customer-facing role.
