Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated fresher/intern to join our team as a Product Analyst. This role combines elements of business analysis and product analysis, offering a unique opportunity to contribute to product development, growth strategies, and stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and a proactive mindset, with additional exposure to event coordination, financial budgeting, or community engagement being a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Market & Competitive Analysis: Conduct research, benchmark competitors, and evaluate industry trends to understand current and future customer needs.

Product Definition & Requirements: Define product features, develop business rules, requirements, use cases, and user stories. Collaborate with stakeholders during product concept development.

Growth & Strategy Support: Assist in go-to-market planning, client acquisition, onboarding rural partners, and executing growth campaigns.

Stakeholder Management & Communication: Interact with customers, retailers, and internal teams to capture requirements and support delivery outcomes. Prepare reports, pitch decks, and success stories for stakeholders.

Data Analysis & Reporting: Assist in analyng product performance, campaign results, and financials.

Prepare dashboards, documentation, and internal reports.

Process Improvement & Documentation: Support process improvement initiatives and document business/technical requirements. Draft and review reports and recommendations.

Content & Outreach:

- Create case studies, marketing content, and digital storytelling material.

- Coordinate cultural events or community engagement activities when Master's or BE/BTech or equivalent degree

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Proficiency in MS Office tools; basic knowledge of SQL queries and analytics preferred.

- Exposure to event coordination, financial reporting, or customer interaction (college-level or professional) is an advantage.

- Self-motivated, adaptable, with strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work well in cross-functional teams across time zones.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

- Passion for Agri-Tech, Growth Strategy, or Product Thinking.

- Familiarity with mobility & cloud concepts.

- Research or community engagement experience
