Business Analyst Client Success Team

1 Collaborate with the Project Manager to ensure successful system implementations and process optimization.

2 Communicate with clients to understand business needs and provide tailored solutions for process improvements and best practices.

3 Collaborate with Manager and Lead process mapping and improvements to align clients business workflows across inventory finance and eCommerce operations.

4 Analyze financial data from inventory and accounting systems preparing accurate financial statements and reports and make strategic recommendations to enhance the clients financial health

5 Mentor and manage the internal team on system usage and resolving client issues.

6 Provide training to clients on new systems and the best operational practices.

7 Work with the Manager to Implement and integrate inventory management systems and accounting platforms

8 Oversee Ongoing Integrations status and transactional sync between accounting systems with ecommerce platforms (Shopify WooCommerce Amazon).

9 Oversee advanced accounting processes including complex financial transactions and reconciliations.

10 Manage inventory control and ensure accurate inventory valuation.

11 Prepare and review financial statements ensuring compliance with accounting standards.



Requirements

  1. 1 CMA (Preferred) or CA with Advanced Inventory skills and Tools knowledge

  1. 2 Advanced accounting inventory management and financial statement preparation.

  1. 3 Proficiency in accounting software and financial systems.

  1. 4 Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.

  1. 5 Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.

  1. 6 Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and meet deadlines.

  1. 7 Knowledge of relevant financial regulations and standards

  1. 8 Knowledge of using accounting software Xero / QBO / Sage / Business Central

  1. 9 Expertise in inventory management systems (Cin7 / Business Central)

  1. 10 Experience with systems implementation and Integrations

  1. 11Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).

  1. 12 Detailoriented and highly organized.
