We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service-now Developer for a senior-level position for infosys.

The ideal candidate will work full-time in one of our offices located in Chennai, Bangalore, Thiruvananthapuram, Hyderabad, or Pune.

The role requires strong expertise in the Service-now platform along with relevant coding and integration skills.

Qualifications and Skills :


- Strong knowledge of the Service-now platform (Mandatory skill).

- Proficient in JavaScript programming with a strong understanding of advanced programming concepts and techniques.

- Experience with Service-now API integration to enable custom functionalities and ensure seamless data exchange.

- Expertise in Service-now workflow configuration to automate business processes and enhance operational efficiency.

- Extensive experience in Service-now scripting to customize and extend platform capabilities as per organizational needs.

- In-depth knowledge of Service-now ITSM (IT Service Management) module to manage IT services effectively.

- Strong skills in Service-now CM-DB (Configuration Management Database) management to maintain accurate, up-to-date information about the IT environment.

- Expertise in Service-now reporting and analytics to generate actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.

Roles and Responsibilities :


- Develop, configure, and maintain custom applications and integrations within the Service-now platform to meet business requirements.

- Implement Service-now workflows and automate processes to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.

- Ensure seamless integration of Service-now with other enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs and other integration tools.

- Perform regular health checks and optimize the performance of the Service-now platform to ensure maximum availability and reliability.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, providing technical solutions that align with organizational goals.

- Manage the Service-now CMDB to ensure accurate representation of the IT infrastructure and related services.

- Develop comprehensive reports and dashboards within Service-now to support data-driven decision-making and performance monitoring.

- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers to foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth
