About the Role : Were seeking a detail-oriented and proactive QA Engineer to join our engineering team. In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our web-based SaaS products through testing practices and continuous collaboration with cross-functional teams.Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases- Perform functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing on web Conduct in-depth API testing using tools like Postman or similar Own and drive the entire QA lifecycle, from requirement analysis to post-release Identify, log, and track bugs and issues, collaborating closely with developers for Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and DevOps teams to uphold quality Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes, tools, and best : - Minimum 2 years of QA experience, preferably in a SaaS product Solid understanding of SDLC and STLC- Hands-on experience with API testing tools like Postman or Familiarity with various testing types : functional, non-functional, regression, integration, smoke, and Proven ability to manage and execute end-to-end testing Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to Excellent communication and teamwork abilitiesGood to Have : - Experience with automation frameworks, especially Cypress- Basic knowledge of JavaScript or similar scripting languagesWhat We Offer : - Competitive salary and High-impact role in a fast-paced, product-led Collaborative team environment with clear ownership and Modern office space in Gurugram and access to the latest tools and Opportunity to work on a next-gen AI product making a real difference in how businesses operate (ref:hirist.tech)
