Job Description:


Digi Sidekick seeks a talented Creative Copywriter to join our Brand Performance Marketing team. As a Creative Copywriter, you will collaborate closely with our graphic designer to develop compelling and innovative creative content with a critical mindset. Your primary responsibilities will include creating written and visual content for various marketing channels, including reels, ads, digital advertisements, social media posts, website content, and other marketing materials.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Collaborate with the graphic designer to conceptualize and create visually appealing and engaging content for reels, ads, and other marketing channels.

2. Develop creative copy for digital advertisements, social media posts, website content, and other marketing materials.

3. Utilize critical thinking skills to analyze market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor strategies to inform content creation.

4. Contribute innovative ideas and strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive customer engagement.

5. Conduct photo and video shoots as needed to produce high-quality visual content.

6. Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure project goals and deadlines are met.

7. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to improve content quality and effectiveness continuously.

8. Work collaboratively with the Influencer Marketing team to develop and execute influencer partnerships and campaigns.

9. Utilize knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital advertising platforms to optimise ad performance and drive results.


Qualifications:


- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

- 1-2 years of experience in copywriting, content creation, or a similar role.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas clearly and persuasively.

- Demonstrated ability to think critically, problem-solve, and generate creative solutions.

- Experience with photography, videography, or other visual content creation is a plus.

- A passion for creativity, storytelling, and brand-building.
