Role Overview We are looking for a highly drivenHR Lead Generation & Recruitment Executivewho can manage end-to-end hiring pipelines, generate qualified leads for recruitment, engage with candidates, and close hiring requirements at scale. This role requires strong communication skills, daily outreach through various channels, and the ability to manage high-volume hiring funnels across WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Naukri, Instahyre, and job groups. You will play a key role in building our talent pipelines, nurturing candidate relationships, and supporting overall HR growth.Key Responsibilities 1. Lead Generation (Primary Role)Generate daily leads for hiring roles through: LinkedIn search & outreach WhatsApp job groups Facebook job groups Telegram hiring communities Campus groups, placement cells, and WhatsApp communities Create, post, and circulate job openings across job platforms. Build and manage a database of potential candidates. 2. Recruitment & SourcingSource candidates through job portals (Naukri, Indeed, Internshala, Instahyre). Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements. Schedule and coordinate interviews with the internal team. Maintain candidate follow-ups and ensure show-up rate. Maintain daily/weekly hiring dashboards. 3. Hiring Pipeline ManagementHandle WhatsApp-based hiring funnels. Create candidate batches and maintain continuous onboarding pipelines. Conduct telephonic HR rounds when required. Manage and update candidate trackers. 4. Coordination with DepartmentsWork closely with sales, operations, and training teams to understand hiring needs. Align recruitment goals with business targets. 5. HR Operations (Basic)Maintain offer letters and onboarding documentation. Track attendance and maintain basic HR MIS (if required).Key Skills Required Must Have:Strong communication and persuasion skills Ability to generate 100–200+ leads daily Understanding of WhatsApp group dynamics Recruitment sourcing knowledge Basic Excel/Google Sheets skills Self-driven and target-oriented mindset Good to Have:Experience with LinkedIn hiring Exposure to high-volume hiring Previous experience in HR, sales, or lead generationEligibility Any graduate (HR/Management preferred but not mandatory) Freshers are welcome if they have good communication skills.
