We are hiring an experienced hands-on leader who can take up the responsibilities of managing all BIM projects, client communications and team management.


Job Location:

  • Ahmedabad (Siddhivinayak Towers, Makarba)


Shift Timings:

  • 6pm to 3am
  • Monday to Saturday (Alternate Saturdays)
  • Work from office only


Responsibilities includes but not limited to:

  • Manage all BIM projects' execution - schedule, quality and cost
  • Hands-on with Modeling and Coordination / Clash Detection
  • Manage client communication and team management
  • Guide, train and support team members

 

Skills Required:

  • Hands-on experience of at least 8 years of BIM projects execution involving all disciplines - architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire sprinkler
  • Thorough knowledge of Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and other design software
  • Educational background - Architectural, Civil, Mechanical, Structural, Electrical
  • Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
