Role Overview The Delivery Manager for Cloud/Data Experience will provide strategic leadership and oversee the successful execution of complex cloud, data, and analytics initiatives. This role ensures end-to-end delivery excellence by aligning business objectives, technical strategy, and resource planning across cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in cloud platforms, data engineering, and modern delivery practices.Key Responsibilities: Strategic Delivery Leadership • Provide strategic direction and lead the execution of high-impact Cloud and Data projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. • Oversee planning, delivery, and governance of initiatives involving cloud migration, data engineering, analytics, and platform modernization. Cloud & Data Expertise • Guide teams on cloud-native architectures, data pipelines, security, and best practices across AWS/Azure/GCP. • Ensure robust delivery frameworks for data ingestion, transformation, lineage, quality, and operationalization. Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration • Collaborate with senior business and technology stakeholders to define delivery strategy, prioritize initiatives, and allocate resources effectively. • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, leadership, and practice teams to ensure alignment and transparency. Team Leadership & People Management • Lead and mentor cross-functional teams of cloud engineers, data engineers, architects, and analysts. • Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement. Operational Excellence • Drive delivery governance, risk management, forecasting, and issue resolution to ensure successful outcomes. • Implement best practices, tools, and accelerators to optimize productivity, quality, and time-to-delivery. Executive Representation • Represent the organization in high-level discussions, client meetings, and strategic negotiations. • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Qualifications • 18+ years of experience in Cloud, Data Engineering, Analytics, or similar domains, with a proven track record delivering large-scale, complex programs. • Strong understanding of cloud services (AWS/Azure/GCP), data pipelines, warehousing, governance, DevOps, and modern architecture patterns. • Demonstrated strategic thinking with the ability to solve complex technical and business challenges. • Excellent leadership skills with experience managing high-performing, cross-functional teams. • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making abilities. • Ability to navigate ambiguity, manage risks, and drive clarity in fast-paced environments.Other Details: Location:Hyderabad Employment Type:Full-Time Shift timings:2:00 PM to 11:00 PM Hybrid
