Position : SAP Finance (FI) ConsultantExperience : 5- 7 YearsLocation : Bangalore, IndiaJob Summary :We are seeking a proactive and skilled SAP Finance (FI) Consultant with 5-7 years of experience to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of the SAP FI module, particularly General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR). You will be responsible for configuring and supporting SAP FI, ensuring its seamless integration with other systems, and collaborating with business stakeholders to deliver effective financial solutions. This role requires hands-on experience with S/4HANA Finance and a solid understanding of financial accounting best practices.Key Responsibilities :SAP FI Module Configuration & Support :- Configure and provide support for core SAP FI modules : GL, AP, AR, and their integration with SCM Finance.- Manage and perform all period-end closing activities, including reconciliations and financial reporting, to ensure accuracy and compliance.Solution Design & Implementation :- Work directly with business stakeholders to gather detailed requirements and translate them into functional design specifications.- Design and implement effective SAP solutions and enhancements that align with business needs.- Ensure smooth integration with other SAP modules (like MM, SD, and CO) and third-party systems.Project and Post-Go-Live Support :- Provide expert support for S/4HANA Finance implementation and post-go-live activities.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.- Develop and deliver end-user training and documentation to ensure successful adoption and a smooth transition.Required Skills & Qualifications :Core Experience :- 5- 7 years of experience as an SAP FI Consultant.- Hands-on experience with S/4HANA Finance.Technical & Functional Proficiency :- Strong understanding of SAP FI modules (GL, AP, AR) and SCM Finance.- Expertise in period-end closing processes and financial accounting best practices.Soft Skills :- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.- The ability to analyze complex business requirements and provide effective SAP solutions.Preferred Qualifications :- An SAP Finance certification (SAP FI/S4HANA Finance).- Exposure to integration points with other SAP modules like MM, SD, and CO.- Experience with financial process automation and reporting tools.
