Overview:

TresVista is looking to hire a Vice President for its Data Intelligence Group team, who will primarily manage clients and monitor project execution for both the clients and internal teams. The Vice President will work on platform engineering projects for our clients. We seek a highly skilled Sr. Platform Engineer with expertise in various cloud implementations who will be responsible for developing, supporting, and maintaining platform solutions to enhance our products and services significantly. The Vice President would be joining the current team of 40, which is a mix of Data Engineers, Data Visualization Experts, Data Scientists, ML Engineers, and front-end developers.


Key Responsibilities:

*Collaborate with the development and product team to simplify infra creation and multi-tier application deployments across multiple clouds

*Participating in technical research and development to enable continuous deployment within the DevOps space

*Work closely with the Product Owner, Platform Team, Solution Architects, and development teams for continuous improvement

*Implementing monitoring solutions (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana) to track system health and performance

*Participate in automation initiatives to streamline processes, improve efficiencies, and reduce hosting cost

*Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex software and infrastructure issues and develop tools/systems for task automation

*Implement containerization to build efficient, scalable platforms to accelerate software development and deployment


Prerequisites:

*At least six years of experience in designing, developing, deploying, and supporting infrastructure

*Architecture knowledge and Technology strategy across different tools and technologies is a must

*Experience in architecting and implementation of IaaS and PaaS offering

*Application deployments with any of the docker or Kubernetes is mandatory

*Hands-on experience in large-scale deployment using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Chef, Puppet

*Experience with Distributed computing and Infrastructure setup

*Extensive knowledge of Deployment and Release management activities with Performance and *Monitoring of the deployed apps

*Strong knowledge of cloud computing concepts and experience working with cloud providers (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)

*Minimum of three years of experience working with Linux/Unix/Windows systems

*Experience in Full-stack development with Proficiency in at least one programming language, preferably Java or Python, is a must

*Stakeholder Management and client communication experience would be preferred.

BTECH/MTECH/BE/ME/MBA in Computer Science, Information Technology, Analytics, AI/ML
