Description :About the Role :We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to lead board bring-up activities for display hardware.You will mentor junior engineers, design robust integration strategies, and ensure that the display subsystem meets quality and performance benchmarks.Key Responsibilities :- Lead the bring-up of new display cards and ensure seamless integration with Android framework.- Design, develop, and maintain display drivers with high performance and stability.- Collaborate with kernel, hardware, and firmware teams on PMIC, GPIO, and other critical subsystems.- Conduct risk analysis, identify potential issues, and propose timely solutions.- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on complex board bring-up tasks.- Contribute to display tuning, testing, and validation processes.Required Skills & Qualifications :- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or related field.- Extensive experience with Android display framework and HAL.- Strong knowledge of display drivers and Linux kernel integration.- Proven track record in board bring-up and display system validation.Preferred Skills :- Hands-on experience with performance tuning, debugging, and optimization of display subsystems.- Strong leadership and mentoring skills (ref:hirist.tech)
