The company has continually expanded, establishing multiple units and modern production facilities in Sriganganagar, Rajasthan, and Alwar to meet market demands. Their product portfolio includes refined and mustard oils and PET preform manufacturing.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role located in Chandigarh for a Chartered Accountant (Head of Accounts & Finance). The Head of Accounts & Finance will oversee the financial operations of the company, including budgeting, financial reporting, compliance, tax planning, and strategy development. The candidate will manage the accounting team, ensure the integrity of financial information, and provide strategic recommendations to optimize financial performance while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and guidelines.QualificationsMust have handled accounts for a company with ₹1000+ crore turnover.Strong command over financial systems, ERP, and internal controls.Strong knowledge in Financial Reporting and BudgetingExperience in Compliance, Tax Planning, and Regulatory AffairsProficiency in Strategic Financial Management and AnalysisLeadership skills in Team Management and DevelopmentExcellent analytical, communication, and presentation skillsExperience: 15–20 yearsEducation: Chartered Accountant (CA)MBA in Finance or related advanced degree is a plusExperience in the edible oil or manufacturing industry is beneficialInterested candidates, please share their updated CV along with following information at amarvir@hitym.comNotice PeriodCurrent CTCExpected CTC
