What youll do :

- Lead end-to-end delivery of App & Web projects while ensuring scope, timelines, and quality benchmarks.

- Coordinate with clients & internal teams to align expectations and deliverables.

- Build detailed project plans with clear milestones and outcomes.

- Manage resources, team performance, and workload distribution.

- Identify risks and bottlenecks, implement smart solutions.

- Keep track of progress using tools like Jira, Asana, or Trello.

- Conduct reviews, team sync-ups, and client updates regularly.

What were looking for :

- 5 to 6 years of experience in Project Delivery / Delivery Management / Technical Project Management

- Strong background in App & Web development projects

- Excellent client coordination & stakeholder management skills

- Hands-on knowledge of SDLC & project management tools

- Leadership, problem-solving, and multitasking expertise

- Experience in Gaming, AR/VR, or Blockchain projects

- Worked with international clients.

Technical Skills :

- Project Management Tools : Jira, Asana, Trello, or similar.


- Development Knowledge : Familiarity with React.js, Node.js, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and REST APIs to communicate effectively with technical teams.

- Version Control : Understanding of Git/GitHub workflows.

- Agile & Scrum Practices : Proficiency in Agile methodologies, sprint planning, and backlog management.

- Cloud & DevOps Awareness : Basic knowledge of AWS, CI/CD pipelines, or containerization tools (Docker/Kubernetes) is a plus.

- Emerging Tech Awareness : Exposure to AR/VR platforms, Unity/Unreal Engine, or Blockchain frameworks (good to have).
