NextGen Identity is a leading Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions provider. We work with global enterprises to build secure, scalable, and future-ready identity infrastructures. We are looking for an experienced SailPoint IIQ Developer to join our growing IAM practice.


Position Overview

The SailPoint IIQ Developer will be responsible for the design, development, implementation, and support of SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions. The role involves customizing workflows, connectors, rules, and policies to meet enterprise identity and compliance requirements.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design, configure, and develop SailPoint IdentityIQ components including workflows, rules, forms, tasks, and reports.
  • Implement role-based access control (RBAC), provisioning, de-provisioning, and access certifications.
  • Develop and manage custom connectors and integrations with target systems (on-prem and cloud).
  • Work with SailPoint APIs, Beanshell, and Java for customization.
  • Support access governance, audit, and compliance initiatives.
  • Collaborate with business and IT teams to gather IAM requirements and translate them into solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in SailPoint IIQ implementations.
  • Maintain proper documentation of technical configurations and processes.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ.
  • Strong expertise in:
  • Provisioning, workflows, certification, policy enforcement, and role management.
  • Development using Java, Beanshell, XML, and SailPoint APIs.
  • Connector development & application onboarding.
  • Solid understanding of IAM concepts, RBAC, and compliance frameworks.
  • Experience integrating SailPoint with AD, LDAP, HRMS, databases, and cloud applications.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


Good to Have (Preferred Skills)

  • SailPoint IdentityIQ Engineer / Developer Certification.
  • Knowledge of other IAM tools (Okta, Saviynt, Ping, ForgeRock).
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices (CI/CD, Git, Jenkins, Docker).
  • Understanding of cloud identity management (AWS, Azure, GCP).
