IDC empowers banks to innovate with speed and agility by providing scalable solutions across deposits, lending, trade finance, virtual accounts, billing, and more. Role Overview As aBusiness Analystin the IDC team, you will act as a critical link between business stakeholders and the technology team. You will gather and analyze business requirements, prepare functional documents, and support product development throughout the lifecycle. This role requires a mix ofbanking domain knowledge , stronganalytical skills , and the ability to work in a fast-paced Agile environment.Please note this role is mandate to possessCore Banking/ Payments / Banking Experience.Key Responsibilities Collaborate with product managers and client stakeholders togather business requirements . CreateBusiness Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specification Documents (FSDs) , andUser Stories . Work closely with development and QA teams to ensure correctinterpretation and implementationof requirements. Analyze existing product modules and recommend enhancements or optimizations. Participate inclient workshops, UAT planning , andissue triaging . Createprocess flows, wireframes , and assist in defining UI/UX logic (where applicable). Conductgap analysisfor banking products and regulatory compliance features. Ensure requirements arealigned with the IDC product roadmapand standards. ✅Required Skills & Qualifications 3–5 years of experienceas a Business Analyst, preferably inbanking or fintech domains is mandatory. Understanding ofCore Banking Systems , especially areas likedeposits, payments, virtual accounts, billing, or lending . Familiarity withAgile/Scrum methodologiesandtoolslike JIRA and Confluence. Ability to writeclear, concise functional specificationsand user stories. Strongproblem-solving and analytical skills . Effective communication skills to interact with stakeholders and internal teams. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Computer Science, or related field.
