Job overview: We are hiring a US IT Recruiter to support our relationship with top technology clients in North America from our US Recruitment team in Gurugram, India office.
Please Note: This job requires ability to work in night shifts / US Shifts (7 PM - 4 AM IST). Local candidates preferred. Our office is at DLF Corporate Greens, Sector 74a, Gurugram. Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in US Staffing.
Primary Duties: Sourcing, identifying, and closing IT / Non-IT professionals. Recruiting for Temporary/Contractual, Permanent, Temp to Hire Positions using job portals like LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, Career Builder, indeed, Corp-Corp, and Internal database. Sorting through hundreds of resumes/applications to find the ideal match. Negotiating pay rates between vendors and candidates. Advertising Jobs in Job Portals and Social Media like LinkedIn, Blogs, Google Groups, etc. Recruiting Citizens, Green Cards, EADs, H1B & TN Visa Holders on all the tax terms (W2, 1099 & Crop to Crop). Research and implement new ideas for active and passive candidate recruiting.
Required Skills: Experience in US IT recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition. Education: BCA or any other related field. Excellent communication skills. Flexible to work in Night Shifts. Keen interest in working in an IT /Technology environment. Ability to work with a high degree of self-direction and flexibility.
