About the Role :

We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior ReactJS Developer to join our dynamic development team. You will play a critical role in designing, developing, and optimizing high-performance web applications that deliver outstanding user experiences. Youll work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and backend engineers to build scalable, maintainable, and modern front-end solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop modern, responsive, and high-performance web applications using ReactJS and related technologies.

- Architect scalable and maintainable front-end solutions following industry best practices.

- Integrate and optimize RESTful APIs or GraphQL with front-end applications.

- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate wireframes and visual designs into functional components.

- Optimize applications for performance, accessibility, and scalability across devices.

- Write clean, reusable, and testable code; participate in peer code reviews.

- Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure high-quality deliverables.

- Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in front-end development.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 2.5+ years of professional experience in front-end development with a strong focus on ReactJS.

- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

- Strong experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Zustand, Recoil).

- Expertise in building reusable components and managing component lifecycle.

- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and GraphQL.

- Hands-on experience with front-end performance optimization and responsive design principles.

- Familiarity with modern build tools and package managers (Webpack, Babel, NPM/Yarn).

- Experience with testing frameworks like Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress.

- Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, and Agile methodologies.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have :

- Experience with Next.js, Tailwind CSS, or Material-UI.

- Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS.

- Familiarity with micro-frontend architecture.

- Exposure to backend technologies such as Node.js.

- Understanding of DevOps practices and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
