With a focus on excellence and sustainability, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Structural BIM Operator to join our team.


Position Overview:

As a Structural BIM Operator, you will play a key role in our engineering projects, contributing to the creation and management of detailed Building Information Models. You will be responsible for ensuring accuracy, consistency, and efficiency in the use of BIM tools and methodologies throughout the project lifecycle.

 

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain detailed Structural BIM models & Documentation using industry-leading software such as Revit, Navisworks, Revizto and others.

2. Ensure compliance with Company standards and protocols for BIM execution.

3. Perform clash detection and resolution to enhance coordination among different disciplines.

4. Stay updated on industry trends, software advancements, and best practices in BIM.

 

Qualifications:

1. 1+ years relevant STRUCTURAL industry experience. A degree in Civil or Structural Engineering will be considered advantageous but not compulsory.

2. Proven experience as a BIM Operator in structural engineering projects.

3. Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit & Navisworks.

4. Strong understanding of structural engineering principles and construction processes.
