With a strong footprint in the Australian market and growing international presence, we are seeking a commercially minded and technically strong Financial Controller to lead our finance function and support strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and compliance.
• Lead month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and cost control initiatives.
• Partner with senior management to provide financial insights and strategic recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and liaise with external auditors.
• Implement and maintain robust internal controls and financial systems.
• Lead and mentor a small finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Experience:

• CPA or CA qualified with a degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years' experience in a senior finance role, preferably within manufacturing or industrial sectors.
• Strong understanding of cost accounting, inventory management, and ERP systems.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
