The Social Media Content Creator will be responsible for developing, creating, and managing content across various social media platforms. Daily tasks involve creating engaging posts, monitoring social media trends, collaborating with the marketing team, and analyzing metrics to measure campaign success. The role demands creativity and attention to detail for crafting compelling narratives and visuals.QualificationsSocial Media Management, posting and scheduling content, monitoring trendsTravel within the city and visit project sites to accumulate contentAbility to create compelling written and visual contentFamiliarity with social media analytics and reporting toolsStrong organizational skills and ability to work collaboratively with a teamExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalProficiency in graphic design and photo/video editing softwareBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related fieldExperience in the architectural and construction industry is a plus
