Requirements :


- The ideal candidate needs to be strategic consultant with excellent communication skills, an ability to influence along with strong ability to handle SAP Authorization Junior Consultant.

- Strong experience in SAP Authorization and SAP Fiori security

- Manage SAP users, authorizations, and profiles across the SAP landscape ECC,SRM,GTS,S/4HANA etc

- Must have good experience in System Security, Role Maintenance and Authorizations


- Experience in handling Incidents, Change Management and Problem Management.

- Prepare Knowledge Transition plan and document to Support teams

- End user manual preparation and user training the users

- Processing of all incoming incidents and service requests as part of a 2nd level support

- Execution of tasks from change management for the defined task areas

- User account management and authorization assignment for the SAP systems

- Telephone, software-assisted user support mainly for the SAP systems, as well as the identity and access management process, as far as this is related to SAP authorization requirements

- Close cooperation with 1st level support and subject matter experts to improve service

- Monitoring the IT service and generating reports

- Introduce technical changes into the environment using a structured approach that minimizes risk and achieves high reliability, availability, and performance of each SAP instance.

- Proficient with SAP authorization concept in S/4Hana, role design, Fiori app assignment to roles (catalogues and groups), user administration, SOD conflict resolution

- Working with respective functional teams and able to map identified task-based responsibilities to standard Fiori apps, co-ordinate with role and user assignments.

Must Have :

- Experience - 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in SAP Authorization.

- Education: Completed Bachelors or Masters in computer science or equivalent degree or completed training with several years of relevant professional experience in areas of SAP.

- SAP project delivery experience.

- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and MS Excel.

- Customer and solution-oriented thinking.

- Target and results-oriented approach.

- Initiative, responsible, and Strong team orientation.

- Excellent communication skills and fluent knowledge of spoken and written English.

- Should be flexible to work according to German timings.

- Should have worked in a multi-cultural environment.

- Goal-oriented and result-oriented working approach.

- Strong communication skills and a safe, friendly demeanor.

- Self-initiative and a high sense of responsibility.
