The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimizing Salesforce solutions to meet our customers needs.With your extensive Salesforce knowledge and strong communication skills you will bridge the gap between technical teams and business units, ensuring that the Salesforce solutions align with organizational goals and deliver measurable value.Key ResponsibilitiesRequirement Gathering & Analysis:- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements. - Analyze business processes and identify areas for Salesforce-based improvements. - Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.Documentation:- Create and maintain functional documentation, including process flows, wireframes and Functional document. - Create EPIC and user story structure and maintain it throughout the project lifecycle.Solution Design:- Support scalable and robust Salesforce solutions, leveraging industry best practices. - Recommend and implement configurations, permissions, workflows, and third-party app integrations to meet business objectives. - Conduct gap analysis and propose innovative solutions to meet complex business challenges.Implementation & Configuration:- Configure Salesforce features, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud - Contribute and optimize custom objects, fields, validation rules, and workflows. - Partner and support developers to ensure customizations align with the functional design.Testing & Deployment:- Review test cases and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT). - Ensure a smooth deployment of Salesforce solutions to production. - Provide post-deployment support to resolve issues and ensure user adoption.Stakeholder Collaboration:- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them in adopting Salesforce best practices. - Lead workshops, presentations, and training sessions for business users across multiple geos. - Manage client expectations and communicate project status effectively.Mentorship & Knowledge Sharing:- Mentor junior consultants and share best practices within the team. - Stay updated on Salesforce releases and trends to provide cutting-edge solutions.Qualifications & SkillsSalesforce Experience & Certifications:- 7+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Consultant, Functional Analyst, Business Analyst or similar role. - Proven experience in delivering end-to-end Salesforce implementations across multiple industries. - Expertise in Core Salesforce clouds, Sales, Service, Experience - Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, FSL, or Platform App Builder are highly desirable.Technical Skills:- Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities, configurations, and declarative tools. - Experience with business process mapping and workflow optimization. - Familiarity with Salesforce declarative tools such as Flow, Process Builder, and Validation Rules. - Familiarity with integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft) and third-party apps from AppExchange.Soft Skills:- Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively. - A collaborative mindset with the ability to work in cross-functional teams.We look forward to you joining the team.No Recruiter please
