This is a short-term but impactful opportunity with the potential for extension or full-time engagement based on performance and feedback.Key Responsibilities- Conduct engaging training sessions in C Programming and Python - Design lesson plans, coding exercises, and assessments - Guide students through mini-projects and practical coding challenges - Provide feedback, track performance, and document progress - Work with the academic team to ensure smooth execution of the program - Stay up to date with programming trends and incorporate them into teachingRequirements- Strong knowledge of C (DS, pointers, file handling, etc.) and Python (OOP, libraries, exception handling) - Excellent communication and mentoring skills - Ability to simplify complex topics for a student audience - Prior experience as a Technical Trainer, Educator, or Corporate Instructor - Exposure to project-based or outcome-based learning modelsEligibility Criteria- Education: B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science, IT, or related field - Experience: Minimum 2 years in teaching/training or industry exposure in C & Python - Certifications (Optional): Python or Software Development certifications preferredWhy Join Us?- Contribute to meaningful skill development initiatives - Work at the intersection of education and industry - Travel and stay expenses covered - Potential for long-term or full-time roles across locations
