Job Description :Key Responsibilities :- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define KPIs, and translate business needs into data solutions.- Design, develop, and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and database schemas to support reporting and analytical needs.- Develop and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines for data extraction, transformation, and loading, ensuring high quality and reliable data flow.- Implement data warehousing solutions leveraging dimensional modeling, star schemas, and snowflake schemas.- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations in BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) to present insights effectively.- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and security of data across systems.- Automate data processing and reporting workflows using Python (Pandas, NumPy) and SQL scripting.- Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for optimization.- Partner with IT, product, and operations teams to deliver scalable data-driven solutions.- Participate in code reviews and maintain collaborative workflows using Git or other version control systems.Required Skills & Qualifications :- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence.- Expert-level proficiency in SQL (complex queries, stored procedures, performance tuning, schema design).- Strong experience with ETL/ELT processes for data integration and transformation.- Solid understanding of data warehousing principles, dimensional modeling, and schema design.- Hands-on experience with relational databases (preferably SQL Server).- Familiarity with version control systems (Git).- Exposure to data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI.- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate data insights into business recommendations.Good to Have :- Python programming experience, especially for data manipulation, automation, and advanced analytics (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib).- Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms (Azure Data Factory, AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery, Snowflake).- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies in data or analytics projects.- Understanding of data governance, security, and compliance practices.
