Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute assigned portions of the Risk & Control Services plan, including audits and compliance activities (SOX/MAR/FDICIA).

- Present objectives, findings, and recommendations to various levels of management.

- Apply a structured approach to assess and enhance the effectiveness of risk management, control, and governance processes.

- Identify control deficiencies, assess their significance, and propose cost-effective recommendations.

- Collaborate with appropriate control groups in planning and execution of assigned work.

- Ensure work is completed within established timelines; proactively escalate risks and challenges as needed.

- Gather and analyze information to provide input into risk assessments, primarily in less complex areas.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field (professional certifications like CPA, CIA, or CISA preferred).

- MBA in finance , accounting or related fields

- 3-5 years of experience in risk management, audit, compliance, or internal controls.

- Knowledge of SOX/MAR/FDICIA compliance requirements.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within teams.

- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to quality.
