Description :Project Planning & Initiation :- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success metrics.- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.- Conduct risk assessments and create mitigation plans.Project Execution & Coordination :- Lead and manage cross-functional project teams.- Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure team members are aligned with objectives.- Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders, leadership, and team & Control :- Track project performance using tools (e.g., Gantt charts, dashboards, KPIs).- Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs.- Identify and resolve issues to keep the project on track.Stakeholder Management :- Communicate project updates, challenges, and risks regularly.- Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain positive relationships.- Conduct meetings, presentations, and progress reviews.Project Closure :- Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards.- Document lessons learned and prepare final project reporting.- Oversee project handover to operations/support teams.Required Qualifications :- Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field.- Proven experience managing medium to large-scale projects.- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project).- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Preferred Qualifications : - PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification.- Experience in the companys relevant industry (e.g., IT services, software development).- Budgeting and financial management experience.- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Key Competencies : - Strategic planning- Time management- Decision-making- Risk and issue management- Stakeholder communication- Team leadership (ref:hirist.tech)
