Role OverviewWe are seeking ahighly skilled Full-Stack Developer (Python Django)who will be responsible for managing and developing our in-housebusiness website, CMS, and CRMplatforms. The candidate will work on a range of projects involvingmulti-regional CRM systems ,internationalized web applications , anddatabase-driven backend architectures . Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, maintain, and enhance thein-house CMSandcross-region CRMsystems built usingPython and Django . Design efficient, secure, and scalabledatabasesusingSQLandNoSQL (MongoDB, Redis) . Implement clean and maintainableREST APIsand backend logic followingPEP8 coding standardsandFlake8 linting practices. Ensure the website and applications aremobile responsive ,multi-language enabled (i18n) , andoptimized for performance . Work closely with the content, marketing, and operations teams to facilitate seamless integration and data flow. Handle bug fixes, upgrades, and continuous improvements to enhance user experience and system stability. Collaborate in developingautomation tools ,dashboards , anddata management systemsfor internal use. Required Technical SkillsBackend:Python, Django Framework Databases:SQL, PostgreSQL/MySQL, MongoDB, Redis Frontend:HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, JavaScript (basic) Version Control:Git / GitHub Other Skills:API integration, debugging, deployment, server-side scripting Strong understanding ofMVC architecture ,ORM , andsoftware design principles Preferred AttributesStrong analytical mindset and problem-solving attitude. Ability to understand system logic and design modular, scalable solutions. Passionate about clean code and standard compliance. Ability to manage end-to-end project development independently.
