Role Description -Manage and oversee all core HR processes. -Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures. -Handle personnel management, employee benefits, and payroll coordination. -Lead and execute end-to-end recruitment efforts : Sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates. Conducting interviews and managing selection processes. Driving campus hiring and external recruitment partnerships. -Enhance and manage the employee onboarding experience to ensure smooth integration of new hires. -Conduct and support performance reviews, appraisals, and career development plans. -Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and engagement initiatives. -Ensure compliance with local labor laws and statutory requirements. -Partner with leadership to support organizational development and workforce planning. Qualifications 3+ years of HR experience, with proven expertise in recruitment and employee lifecycle management. Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies Knowledge of Employee Benefits administration Skilled in Personnel Management Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work on-site in Vadodara Experience in the technology or consulting industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Note -Work from Office – Ability to work on-site in Vadodara. -Only candidates with experience in Software/IT companies will be considered.
