Position: Quality Analyst

Location: Jaipur (Rajasthan)

Type: Full-Time

About the Role

We're seeking a motivated Quality Analyst to join our growing team. You will work closely with product, engineering, and operations teams to ensure high-quality delivery of new features and integrations for our API and data platforms. This role involves managing requirements, validating features, supporting UAT, and ensuring a smooth product experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and define product requirements from business needs
  • Document user stories, specs, and workflows
  • Manage UAT and validate product features in Jira
  • Collaborate with engineering during development and testing
  • Support partner integrations with ERP, CRM, and HR platforms
  • Track and manage feature and defect backlogs
  • Support agile teams and participate in daily stand-ups

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a Quality Analyst or related role
  • B.Tech with relevant technical exposure
  • Strong knowledge of SDLC, testing methodologies, and tools like Jira & Git
  • Exposure to UI automation testing (Selenium preferred)
  • Understanding of ERP, CRM, and HR systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, Workday)
  • Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills
  • Experience with Agile project management
