SQL Server Developer

Description :Responsibilities :- Develop, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and functions using MS SQL Server (SSMS).- Troubleshoot and migrate business logic from PL/SQL to T-SQL where necessary.- Perform query performance tuning and optimization to ensure efficient data retrieval and processing.- Design and maintain database objects ensuring data integrity and security.- Develop ETL workflows to support data integration and transformation needs.- Collaborate with Database Administrators, Analysts, and Operations teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.- Support process improvement and automation initiatives related to database development.- Understand relational data models and contribute to database design and documentation.Requirements :- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.- Minimum 3 years of professional experience as an SQL Developer or in data storage and management roles.- Strong proficiency with MS SQL Server platform and environment, including SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS).- In-depth knowledge of SQL Tables, data types, stored procedures, views, functions, and T-SQL programming.- Ability to understand PL/SQL and translate/troubleshoot logic into T-SQL.- Experience in query performance tuning and optimization.- Exposure to ETL workflow development and data integration processes.- Familiarity with relational data models and database design tools is an advantage.- Experience with process improvement and automation in database development is a plus.- Excellent teamwork and communication skills with the ability to work cooperatively with various teams.
