Role Overview: We are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated Articled Assistant to join our Gurgaon office. This is a full-time role where the selected candidate will assist in various functions related to auditing and direct taxation. Key responsibilities include compliance, audit assistance, taxation reviews, certifications, start-up fundraising activities, internal audits, statutory, tax audits and GSTR 9/9C Filings.


Qualifications

  • Both groups cleared in CA intermediate
  • Strong understanding of Direct Taxation and accounting principles
  • Interest in working with large corporates and gaining expertise in the field of auditing and direct taxation
  • Ability to assist in research and analysis related to Direct Taxation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a team
  • Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software (Tally)
