EKS & Datadog Engineer – Bangalore or Gurugram (Hybrid)We are seeking a hands-on EKS + Datadog Engineer to join a high-performing engineering team supporting a major enterprise environment. This is a design and development–focused position - not operational requiring strong technical depth across Kubernetes, AWS, and Observability.You will take ownership of end-to-end observability setup, monitoring architecture, and infrastructure-as-code delivery, collaborating closely with cross-functional cloud and DevOps teams.Skills & Experience:- Deep experience configuring and administering EKS clusters in AWS - Proven expertise in Datadog and OpenTelemetry (Collector configuration) - Strong understanding of observability concepts, metrics, traces, and log pipelines - Hands-on experience implementing monitoring and logging solutions using AWS CloudWatch - Strong proficiency in Terraform, Helm, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) - Scripting skills in Shell and/or Python - Solid knowledge of distributed systems, networking, storage, and cloud architecture (AWS) - Experience designing observability pipelines for AWS services (EKS, SQS, Firehose, etc.) - Familiar with Git, GitHub Actions, and Artifact Registry for CI/CD - Skilled in maintaining technical documentation, ADRs, and runbooksGeneral Responsibilities:- Own all technical aspects of software design and development for assigned applications - Contribute to system and application architecture discussions - Act as a senior member within an Agile team, driving best practices, tooling, and documentation - Collaborate with product owners to prioritize features and manage technical backlogsInterviews are taking place immediately — apply now to join a leading enterprise project.
