We aim to become the go-to advisor in these specialized sectors—delivering deep sector insight, exceptional execution, and global reach.What You’ll Do Assist in execution of live M&A, fundraising, and structured finance transactions Conduct industry, financial, and investor research—particularly in K-12, higher education, edtech, and education infrastructure Prepare investment memos, pitch decks, and client presentations Support in building and updating detailed financial models and valuation analyses (DCF, comps, LBO, etc.) Participate in internal strategy discussions and help develop pipeline of ideas across education and real estate Track market trends, comparable deals, and relevant investor movements in the sectorWhat We’re Looking ForStudents or recent graduates from top-tier institutions (IIMs, IITs, ISB, SRCC, CA, CFA candidates preferred) Strong interest in investment banking, private equity, or sector-focused advisory Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment Strong written and verbal communication skillsWhat You’ll Get ExposureExposure to real deals and live client situations in the Indian and GCC markets Mentorship from senior bankers and the opportunity to build tangible credentials Potential for full-time role based on performance Certificate & letter of recommendation on successful completionThis is a paid internship with renumeration based on market standards.
