Position Summary:

The Chief Dietician will be responsible for developing and implementing nutritional programs while leading a team of dieticians to provide top-notch dietary guidance to our patients. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in the field, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to aligning the team’s efforts with the company’s vision and mission.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop customized diet plans tailored to the individual needs of patients, particularly in the field of sexual health, while considering factors such as weight management, blood pressure regulation, and diabetes control.
• Focus on dietary strategies that naturally boost testosterone levels, improve sleep quality, and increase energy levels.
• Assist the HR department in hiring new dieticians, building a cohesive team aligned with the company’s vision and mission.
• Lead the training and onboarding of new dieticians to ensure they are well-equipped to serve our patients effectively.
• Regularly monitor the performance of team members, providing feedback and support for continuous improvement.
• Develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Key Result Areas (KRAs) for the dietetics team to gauge effectiveness and progress.
• Implement a Performance Management System (PMS) to evaluate individual performance and foster professional growth.
• Collaborate with the tech team to build a technology-based platform for delivering dietary guidance and support to patients.
• Provide dietary consultations to patients in the outpatient department (OPD), as well as through online and telephonic consultations.
• Create educational and promotional materials, including video recordings and audio podcasts, to promote dietary programs and provide valuable information to patients.
• Stay updated on the latest research and trends in nutrition to ensure the clinic provides the most effective dietary solutions.
• Conduct workshops and training programs to enhance the team’s skills and knowledge in dietetics.
• Ensure compliance with dietary guidelines and best practices in all dietary services provided at the clinic.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a registered dietician or nutritionist.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with patients and team members.
• Proficiency in creating and implementing effective diet plans that address specific health concerns.
• Experience in developing KPIs and performance management systems is a plus.
• Relevant certifications and registrations in dietetics/nutrition.
• Familiarity with creating educational content, including video and audio formats.
